We are live across five states: Texas, Colorado, Florida, Arizona and California. Texas runs from Austin and Fort Worth through San Antonio, El Paso and unincorporated Harris County. Colorado covers Denver, Aurora, Boulder and Colorado Springs. Florida is Miami-Dade, Orlando and Cape Coral. Arizona is the Maricopa East Valley (Gilbert, Scottsdale and Tempe). California covers Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Jose and more. A handful of big-city cores still route their permits behind login walls with no open daily feed, so we cover the surrounding suburbs and add the cores as that data opens. Houston and Dallas proper are the main gaps. Every market shows you what its permit record publishes, and that varies by city: some name the contractor with a phone number, some name the property owner, some name both.

You get everything the public permit record publishes, and in many cities that is a lot. Every lead carries the address and the adjacent-buyer signal. Where the record names the contractor, you see the name, and in cities like Austin, Miami-Dade, Orlando and Tallahassee the record often includes the contractor’s phone or email too, at no extra charge. Where the record is silent, a one-click lookup pulls the contractor’s business phone and website from Google business data, included with every plan. For property owners, we show the owner name and mailing address from the public record wherever the county or city publishes them.

Because that is a specialist business and we are not the specialist. Permit records are public documents, and turning them into fast, well-scored leads is our whole product. Personal contact data comes from different sources and is sold under different rules, and it is done best by companies built for exactly that. So each lead carries a direct path to registered providers such as PropertyRadar, and you buy from them on their terms, usually in a couple of minutes.
